Terms and Conditions

The use of this site is governed by the policies set out below; your use of this site indicates your acceptance to these terms and conditions:
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
ABC reserves the right to make any changes (prices, terms and conditions) to the site at any time.
During updates to the site products ordered may not be available; however if this occurs we will endeavour to source the product from alternate suppliers and keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Orders placed/accepted will be dispatched mostly next day. Your order should reach you within 7 days from the date of your order. However if it not been possible to send you the order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and you will have the option of a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) or an alternate delivery date.
After placing an order you will receive automated e mail confirmation. If the item is out of stock we will inform you shortly after.
All orders must be inspected by the customer within a reasonable period of receipt. If no correspondence is received within 14 days it will be deemed that the goods are in satisfactory condition.
ABC shall not under any circumstances be liable upon a claim or action in contract, contribution, indemnity or other claims relating to the products it sells that exceed this liability limit. In all circumstances maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. ABC will not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, malfunction, delays, and interruption of service and loss of business.
