| Great Service - Keep It Up!!! | | Just thought of dropping a note to appreciate the higher standard of customer service levels set by your team. I needed a solution for my lap top and the way Ramakanth handle my issue was outstanding. The level of customer service levels were raised by even Shazmina and Mithila who went hell bent serving me.
This is something we don't see even in bigger corporates and i thought of appreciating them as most of the time good things don't get the necessary praise.
I will definitely speak about this incident in my future corporate training sessions and CIM lecturing as well.
Pls share the good word with the respective staff members and it will be a motivating factor for the rest of the staff as well.
